Make sure you UNCHECK this option and then REFRESH your browser. See the example below. Note: If you are using a version of Internet Explorer prior to version 9, this option could be in another location, but it shouldn't be difficult to find.

  2. If you disabled the ActiveX filter and you still can't play the audio, you probably don't have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer, you must have Adobe Flash Player installed. Download Adobe Flash Player. Please make sure it is ENABLED in the add-ons window of Internet Explorer.
  3. You can choose to save it to your hard drive or run the installer right after the download is finished.
  4. After you installed the Adobe Flash Player successfully, restart Internet Explorer and you're ready to go.
